Jellow AAC Communicator 5.4

Jellow Communicator is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) system that utilizes icons and images to facilitate speech. This app, available for free download, serves as a valuable tool for individuals who are either in the process of learning to communicate verbally or encountering challenges with speech. Moreover, Jellow can be beneficial for toddlers and young learners, assisting them in acquiring vocabulary related to common daily activities and categories. The colorful and engaging icons in Jellow contribute to children's comprehension of associations between visual representations and corresponding words.

With the 'Make My Board' (My Boards) feature, users have the flexibility to incorporate or modify personalized icons alongside their descriptive text.

Jellow boasts a user-friendly interface that is visually appealing and easy to navigate, featuring central 'category' buttons and 'expressive' side buttons. The app's content is neatly categorized into basic groups, simplifying access to desired icons. Users can create spoken sentences by clicking on specific category buttons followed by expressive buttons.

Containing approximately 1000 icons and over 10,000 predefined lines of text, Jellow also offers a 'keyboard' functionality enabling users to formulate new sentences and have the app vocalize them. Additionally, individuals can select from multiple accents including American, British, Australian, and South African.
